Samuel Gadway (History and World Politics, Class of 2017) wrote "Per omne fas ac nefas, secuti sunt’: Interrogative Torture in the Tudor Dynasty” under the supervision of Dr. Caroline Sherman during his Junior Research Seminar.

Samuel Gadway is a graduating Senior in Catholic University’s School of Arts and Sciences, completing his studies in 2017 with a B.A. in History and World Politics. His most recent research projects have centered topically on 20th century military coups, civil-military relations, and foreign security service structures in Europe and the Middle East. From 2014 to 2015, he worked intermittently with a private technical research and development firm on projects contracted by the U.S. Department of Defense, and hopes to carry his education and experiences into a career in civil service beyond graduation.
